Lewis Dunk is looking forward to our pre-season trip to Japan.

Lewis Dunk can’t wait to visit Japan this pre-season with Albion.

We will be playing two friendlies during our trip in July, coming up against J1 League sides Kashima Antlers on Wednesday 24 July, before facing Tokyo Verdy on Sunday 28 July.

Both games will take place in 68,000-capacity National Stadium in Tokyo.

"We've built up a big following in Japan since Kaoru Mitoma came to the club and began tearing up the Premier League!” The skipper said.

Lewis Dunk has been impressed by Kaoru Mitoma's performances in the Premier League.

"We have seen from the supporters who visit the Amex just how passionate Japanese fans are about football and the Premier League and we're looking forward to experiencing it for ourselves and spreading the word about Brighton & Hove Albion.

"The trip will be an important part of our pre-season preparations and we've got two games in a brilliant stadium which we're really looking forward to."

Tickets for both games will be available to Albion fans and details will be announced soon, with 2024/25 season-ticket holders, 1901 Club members and My Albion+ members able to buy from this coming Sunday 26 May.
