After years of hard work, the club moved into the American Express Community Stadium in 2011. Since a memorable 2-1 victory over Doncaster Rovers in front of 20,219 supporters, Albion’s home has grown to holding over 30,000 fans and now stages Premier League football after the club’s rise to the top tier in 2017.
This guide provides detailed information regarding everything supporters need to know for a matchday in the Premier League.
The guide includes information on how to get to the Amex, viewing areas within the ground and details on stadium access for our disabled supporters.
Non-matchday activities at the Amex
Located above the superstore in the North Stand, Dicks bar serves a range of light meals, savoury, and sweet snacks, as well as beers, wines, hot and cold soft drinks. The Bar, which is named after former Albion chairman Dick Knight, is open to the public on non-matchdays and ticket holders before and after matches at the Amex Stadium.
On non-matchdays, the bar is open between 9am-2pm Monday to Friday.
The superstore is based at the American Express Stadium, where you can pick up the latest replica shirts and merchandise. You can also access our shirt printing services, where you can personalise your replica kit.
If you have purchased a replica shirt (and or shorts) with us and are looking to get personalisation applied at a later date, we are pleased to advise that we are able to carry out the application of personalisation once the store is fully reopened. At this time, we do however have measures in place for carrying out this process. To find out about all our covid-19 practices and guidelines in place, please click here.
We please ask that once inside the store you wear a face covering, in order to keep yourself, staff and other customers safe.
Please note that the Amex is now a cashless stadium and payment can only be made by card. Also note that our click and collect service is currently unavailable.
You can visit the superstore between 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday and between 11am-4pm on a Sunday.
Please note that opening times will vary on matchdays and bank holidays.
On non-matchdays, stadium tours are available to book. As well as this, your tour guide will know all things Albion, giving fans the chance to learn a lot about the history of the Seagulls. To book your tour click here.
Please note that due to Covid-19 we aren’t currently taking bookings, however we are looking forward to welcoming tours back soon.
