Albion had their biggest crowd at the Broadfield Stadium last Sunday.

Albion are back in WSL action on Sunday and we’re expecting another big attendance for the visit of Tottenham Hotspur.

The club set a new record for the Broadfield Stadium when 3626 watched last Sunday’s match against champions Chelsea.

Manager Hope Powell said the support from the stands made a massive difference, and she’s appealing for our fans to get behind the team again against Spurs.

“The weather was really bad last Sunday before kick off so for a record crowd to be at the game was absolutely fantastic,” she said.

“I can’t stress enough how much the girls love playing in front of such a supportive crowd, it really inspires them.

“We’d love to see everyone who came on Sunday to come back for the Spurs game and hopefully cheer us on to three points.”
