Albion boss Hope Powell has won her third WSL Manager of the Month award after taking the honour in February.
She guided Albion to victories over Chelsea and West Ham, with the 2-1 win over Chelsea their first WSL defeat in 33 games.
And March got off to a good start too as Albion defeated Spurs 2-0 last Sunday to claim three successive WSL wins for the first time.
Hope said, “Compared to the other awards it feels quite special because it included a standout against Chelsea, who hadn't lost for nearly two years.

“Losing to Bristol City at the end of January was a real low point but we have been really good since then. Everyone has played a massive part – it's not just about me – and I have to say the players have been fantastic, they are the ones who have gone out there and performed and played beyond recognition compared to the start of the year.
“I'm very honoured to win this award on behalf of everyone at the club and hopefully we can keep the winning run going.”
Men's boss Graham Potter added his congratulations.
"Hope is doing an amazing job. They’ve come through a tricky period which shows the quality of Hope’s work, it hasn’t been plain sailing for them because they’ve had to fight through some tricky results, but credit to her and her team and big congratulations."
Albion are next in action on Wednesday when they travel to Aston Villa.
