Albion striker Jan Mlakar is returning to Maribor on a season-long loan.
It will be the 21-year-old’s second spell with the Slovenian club, whom he also played for in 2019 when he made 12 appearances.
Last season Mlakar had loan spells in the Championship with QPR and Wigan Athletic.
Dan Ashworth, the club’s Technical Director, said: “This is a good opportunity for Jan as he had a testing first season in English football, we see this as a great opportunity to flourish at a club and in a league that he knows well.
“We will be monitoring his progress at Maribor and wish him all the best with this loan spell.”
