Please find the main talking points from the forum below.

Points with further action needed will be followed up with attendees. If you are interested in being added to this list to find out more, please contact supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com

Car Parking and Park and Ride

If you are unable to purchase accessible parking, you may want to look at our Park & Ride site at Brighton Racecourse. This is the most accessible site.

Accessible parking purchasing. The club must have a valid blue badge on file for you. Parking goes on sale on the same day as match tickets for each fixture.

VIP car park. We are highly unlikely to get this back.

Booking Online

We are currently looking into the bug issues for the option to be able to select 'two seats together or three seats together' online – please bear with us while we look to find a solution.

If you require a personal assistant, you must have the relevant documents on file for the disabled supporter – the PA ticket stays in the ownership/name of the disabled supporter.

South Stand Steps Issue

The Head of Safety and Security will be informed to ensure they are aware and will follow up on any further points.

Hidden Disability Wristband

If you require a wristband, please contact supporter services.
