Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club have published a report into a recent ticket complaint made to The Independent Football Ombudsman.

The Club is very clear on its position with the passing on of away tickets and is surprised and disappointed with the IFO’s judgement. The club has at all times complied on the process for appeals and followed its clearly laid out sanction policy, allowing for a relaxation of these processes only where we felt this was appropriate given the circumstances of the matter.
We pride ourselves in applying fair, consistent and transparent processes.
We do not agree with the recommendations and believe that a swap of the ban to the supporter's son, would at this stage be the wrong thing to do and has also not been advised to do so by the IFO.
Therefore we note that the supporter returns for the Everton game having completed their ten game exclusion.
