Skipper Julia Zigiotti praised Albion's second-half display after she equalised in a 1-1 draw against Aston Villa in the WSL.
It extended our unbeaten run to three games and the Sweden international felt Albion deserved their point.
"I think we had a bit of a problem in the first half, we couldn't lock them in on one side but we came back better in the second half and showed what we we are about to get the point," she said.
"We know how important every point is, we talked about how we can get our game back because we weren't our best in the first half. It was important to get back to how we play our game."
The captain recognised the Albion's steady improvement under Jens Scheuer. She added, "We know what we can achieve and we were unlucky to not get the three points today, but every point counts.
"It's been good since Jens has come in, we've developed a lot as a group and team. We're on the right track."
Albion will face Villa again next weekend as they welcome Carla Ward's squad to Broadfield Stadium. Zigiotti added, "It's not fun to play teams back to back but it happens, and we just have to continue what we did in the second half. Hopefully we can get three points next week."
