We finish off our Premier League campaign on Sunday with the visit of West Ham, kick-off 4pm.
With our record Premier League points tally confirmed, it’s now in our hands to finish in the top ten for the first time.
Our record finish in the top-tier is 13th – achieved in 1981/82 – but we will have to at least avoid defeat to be sure we surpass that, and there is the potential to finish as high as eighth or as low down as 14th.
Form is on our side though. There have been four wins in our last eight outings and just one defeat in that time and we’re also buoyed by our last outing at the Amex – a 4-0 victory over Manchester United.

West Ham will want to give departing captain Mark Noble the perfect send-off, as he brings a playing career to an end that has seen him turn out 549 times for the Hammers.
David Moyes’ men are guaranteed to finish at least seventh, but could end the day as high as sixth, should they win and Manchester United fail to pick up three points. That would secure Europa League football again next season.
Team news
Graham Potter confirmed in his press conference on Friday that Enock Mwepu is ready to return to action.
"Enock [Mwepu] will be in the squad, but he's not ready to start. Jeremy [Sarmiento] needs more time. If the game was a couple of weeks away, they'd be ready."
The head coach also said he expects to see Pascal Gross and Danny Welbeck commit their futures here, with the pair out of contract in the summer.
"Pascal [Gross] and Danny [Welbeck] are close to agreeing new contracts with the club. They've both been great for me."

Tomas Soucek headed in early on to give West Ham the lead at the London Stadium back in December, but Neal Maupay was on hand to rescue a point for us with a stunning overhead kick in added time.
West Ham player to watch
Jarrod Bowen and Michail Antonio have proven to be an effective pair up front for West Ham. Bowen’s numbers make impressive reading and with 12 goals and ten assists this season, the 25-year-old is being tipped for an England call-up.
