Albion continue their Sussex Senior Cup campaign tonight (Tuesday) when they take on Chichester City in a third round tie.

The game will take place at City's Oaklands Park, kick off 7.45pm, having been postponed a week ago because of a waterlogged pitch.

Albion have already knocked out one side from the Isthmian League South-East Division, after beating Haywards Heath Town 6-0 three weeks ago.

Chichester are currently eighth in their league and unbeaten at home in seven league and cup games. They got to this stage with a 1-0 win over Crowborough in the second round and have won four of their last five League games.

It's the start of a busy week for Albion, who travel to Manchester City on Friday in Premier League 2.

Head coach Andrew Crofts said, “It will be another tough test. Against Haywards Heath in the last round the attitude and approach was spot on and that will be needed again.

“We try to maintain high standards as consistently as we can and that will be no different for the group against Chichester, who have had some good results recently.

“They will be playing against a team with more nous and experience than they’re used to and they are good players. It will definitely be a challenge but another one we are really looking forward to.”
