Albion fans who have lost loved ones in the last 12 months have the chance to remember them in our regular end-of-season obituaries video.
The tribute sequence will feature in the pre-match build-up at the Man City game, as well as on our social media channels.
To include your family member or friend, please e-mail their name, year of birth, year of passing and a high-quality image to production@bhafc.co.uk by midnight on Sunday 16th May.
In addition to the above memorial video, we are also looking for supporters who would be willing to participate in a separate video about those who specifically passed away due to coronavirus.
Further details will be shared to those who express an interest in participating, but we ask that you are able to travel easily to the Brighton area for filming and that you are willing to speak on camera about the person you have sadly lost.
