Brighton & Hove Albion welcome Liverpool to the Amex in the Premier League on Saturday, 12th January, kick-off 3pm.
The official match sponsor is The Brown Family, the official kit sponsor is TYSERS and the official ball sponsor is KRL.
This match marks the launch of a new joint campaign called ‘SHUSH’ by the Brighton, Hove and District Samaritans and BHAFC in memory of Jill Howell. Volunteers from the charity will be around outside the stadium handing out flyers to supporters.
In light of recent high-profile incidents where a range of items – including capped water bottles – have been thrown onto the pitch at a number of matches around the country, we are reminding all Brighton & Hove Albion and visiting supporters that bottles with tops on them are prohibited at the Amex Stadium.
Our stewards will be strictly enforcing this policy, and bottle tops will also be removed from drinks sold inside the stadium.
The full list of prohibited items can be found here.
All supporters are asked to head to the stadium as early as possible regardless of how they are travelling.
Trains: Southern Rail have informed the club that they will be operating a full match-day service, but supporters are advised to check with Southern’s website prior to travelling.
Park & Rides: Both Brighton Racecourse & Mill Road will be open from midday.
Car Parks: The Bridge (Car Park B) and Sussex University (Car Park C) have now completely sold out, and there will be no cash sales on the day. Supporters are therefore advised to use public transport wherever possible.
All vehicles accredited to park at the University of Sussex must enter via Stanmer Park, as there will be no entry at Falmer or Knights Gate.
Village Way will be extremely busy and congested, and supporters are advised to avoid this area both pre and post-match, unless they have pre-booked parking.
Parking: We have no local street parking available for football supporters, as all areas have a residents parking scheme in operation, and enforcement officers will be on patrol.
Seagull Travel: Seagull Travel will be running their usual matchday services from various locations, and spaces are available to pre-book via their website.
Drop-offs & Pick-ups: There will be no pick-ups or drop-offs along Village Way, or at the Woollard Way (entrance to the Bridge car park), and supporters are advised to use our official drop off and pick-up point located at University of Sussex, where our drop off point is in Car Park 5, located by the Sports Hall.
This drop-off/pick-up point is a short walk through the underpass to the Amex Stadium. There is also a free shuttle bus in operation.
