Brighton & Hove Albion are investigating the possibility of putting on a dedicated train service for fans travelling to the Premier League match against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday 19th January, kick-off 3pm.

The service will depart from Hove at approximately 7am and stop only at Haywards Heath, before arriving at Manchester Piccadilly approximately two and a half hours before kick-off. The return train will arrive at Hove at roughly 11pm (precise timings tbc).  Supporters are advised that alcohol will not be permitted on the train, in accordance with legislation.

The price is yet to be confirmed, but would be in the region of £80-£100, and is dependent on enough fan interest being generated in the service.

Fans making the trip to Old Trafford are therefore being asked whether they would be interested in the service by simply answering ‘yes’ or ‘no’ at the following survey below.

If there is enough interest, the train and match tickets will be sold later this month, and a further update will be communicated in due course.
