Last night’s 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace at the Amex, confirmed that Brighton & Hove Albion will be taking on Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The fourth-round draw was held at the Amex before last night’s match, as both teams learned who would be waiting for them in the next round of the competition, if they were able to progress.
Glenn Murray’s 87th-minute winner ended the chances of a replay at Selhurst Park, and set up a first trip to the Riverside since Albion’s final-day 1-1 draw in 2016, which saw Boro beat the Seagulls to promotion.
Information regarding the date, kick-off time and ticket information for Albion’s fourth-round tie at the Riverside will be announced in due course.
Here’s the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round draw in full:
Liverpool v West Brom
Peterborough v Fleetwood/Leicester
Huddersfield v Birmingham
Notts County v Wolves/Swansea
