Brighton & Hove Albion secured three points in the FA Continental Tyres Cup on Wednesday evening, as they sealed the club’s second victory over Crystal Palace in as many days.
Following the men’s 3-1 victory at the Amex on Tuesday night, Hope Powell’s team won by an even greater scoreline at the Broadfield Stadium, winning 5-1 against the Eagles.
A brace from Kate Natkiel and goals for Sophie Perry, Jodie Brett and Fliss Gibbons secured the points, and Geoff Penn was on hand to capture the action from behind the lens.
