Zachary Taylor has raised more than £1,300 doing sponsored runs during lockdown.

Zachary Taylor, who is part of Albion’s under-7 development centre programme based in Crawley, has raised more than £1,300 for NHS charities by running 100km during lockdown.

Andy Knott, who is a recruitment scout for the club’s Academy, said: “Zachary has enjoyed thanking the NHS and other key workers with the regular Thursday night clap - but he wanted to do more.

“He loves to run so he has decided to try to run 100k during his lockdown exercise. The money will go towards supporting the amazing NHS staff who are doing such an incredible job under the most challenging of circumstances and so far he has raised £1,371 for the NHS.”
