The Seagulls progressed to the last eight of the competition by securing a second-place finish in Group B, following 3-0, 5-0 and 4-2 wins over Charlton Athletic, London Bees and London City Lionesses respectively, while Arsenal were beaten on penalties in a memorable shootout victory at The People’s Pension Stadium.
It will be the first away match of 2020 for Hope Powell’s side, following two home fixtures against Liverpool and Arsenal on 5th and 12th January in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League.

Continental Cup date confirmed
Albion’s Continental Cup quarter-final tie against Manchester United will take place on Wednesday 15th January, with a 7.30pm kick-off at Leigh Sports Village.
