Simon Rusk’s side ended their group stage campaign unbeaten, winning twice and drawing their final game last Wednesday night against Leyton Orient to finish on six points, topping their group as a result.
An own-goal from Nik Tzanev and a late strike from Bojan Radulovic sealed a 2-0 win over the AFC Wimbledon at the start of September, before goals from Taylor Richards and Warren O’Hora gave Albion three points against Southend United last month.
Danny Cashman fired the side in front at the Breyer Group Stadium against Orient last week, before Louis Dennis equalised for the hosts just after the hour mark to send the game to a penalty shootout. The home side emerged 4-2 winners and gained an extra point in the process.

The draw for the next stage will be hosted by Sky Sports presenter Julian Waters, former Crystal Palace forward Clinton Morrison and ex-England midfielder Sue Smith and shown live on Sky Sports’ Soccer Saturday from 2pm.
The group stage of the competition, featuring 64 Clubs competing within 16 groups, is due to conclude later this week, with a full fixture list this Tuesday and Wednesday confirming the remaining names in the hat for Round Two.
Thirty-two clubs are involved in Round Two of the competition with the draw split into Northern and Southern sections.
As winners of their group, the Seagulls will be drawn at home and will play a runner-up of a group from the same region, but not from the same group the side competed in from Round One.
To ensure these conditions are met the Northern and Southern draws will be split into two separate draws – Draw A and Draw B.
The Round Two draw will be available to watch live on Soccer Saturday, with the draw covered in full on the @LeasingcomTrphy Twitter account.
