Play on the Pitch at the American Express Stadium is back for 2024! This is your chance to step in the boots of the world’s elite and play at a Premier League and Europa League stadium.

Dates are available from Monday 20 May 2024 until Sunday 2 June.

Your package includes:

  • Pitch hire for 90-minute match (32 players)
  • Use of changing rooms
  • Match officials and first aid cover
  • Use of home and away team technical areas
  • Use of official Premier League match footballs
  • Two course buffet and drink of your choice
  • Free onsite parking
  • Up to 50 spectators allowed to watch

Take your Play on the Pitch to a new league with the following extras:

  • Full Nike (not BHAFC) kit for two teams including two goalkeeper kits £1,800 +VAT
  • In-play professional sports photographer £540+VAT
  • Full match filming and commentary by a BHAFC legend £2,400+VAT
  • Up to 200 spectators and a concourse kiosk serving drinks and confectionary £1,200+VAT

Weekday slots: £5,000 + VAT

Weekday evening slots: £5,500 + VAT

Weekend and bank holiday slots: £6,500 + VAT

Kick-off times are 10am, 2.30pm and 7.30pm.

A

Can players and spectators park onsite?

Yes, our onsite car park is available to all spectators and guests who wish to attend (BN1 9BL). Security personnel will direct you to a bay on arrival.

Where do I report to on arrival?

Players will need to report to the Media entrance (gate 1) located between the shop and the stairs up to the West stand entrances. Spectators will be advised by stewards to their arrival point.

Are spectators welcome?

A maximum of 50 spectators will be permitted on the day. This total will increase to 200 if you have opted in for the necessary optional extra.

Will there be an opportunity to warm up prior to the match?

Yes. After arrival players will change and make their way out.

Will kits provided be replica BHAFC kits?

If opted in for our kit package, full Nike kits will be provided, however they will not be Albion replica kits.

Do I have to wear shin pads?

Yes, FA accredited referees will ensure that all players are wearing suitable football attire.

Can I bring my own video photography equipment and/or photographers?

No. If you wish for the match to be filmed or photographed, we offer the opportunity to have this professionally filmed or photographed.

Can my child be a mascot on the day?

No. Only the players who have signed a liability waiver will be able to go onto the pitch.

Can my child (Under 18 yrs) take part in the event and feature in the match?

Yes, although we must be made aware of this prior to the event as a separate waiver form must be signed by the parent/guardian.

Can I take my child onto the pitch during the event?

No. Anybody who has not signed a liability waiver form must, always, remain within the stands.

Are there shower facilities I can use post-match?

Yes, you will be able to use the changing room shower facilities post-match.

Which lounge will we make use of for the post-match meal?

Unless specified otherwise, you will make your way to the Gap Solutions lounge post-match for your post-match meal.

Will food be provided within the lounge to spectators?

The food provided will only be for the players involved in the match. Spectators can however buy confectionary from the bar.

Is there somewhere spectators can purchase food and drink?

Dick's Bar will be open for its usual business hours Monday-Friday from 9am – 2pm where a variety food and drink offerings are available. Out of these hours no other food outlets will be open unless the spectator and kiosk add-on is built into your package.

Can I bring in my own food and Drink?

Yes, you can bring in your own food and drink and consume within the stands (No glass).

Is water provided for the players by the club?

Yes. Water will be widely available to all participants although you MUST provide your own water bottle.

Are there toilet facilities for spectators?

Yes, toilets will be accessible and available for player and spectator use.

I’m bringing somebody who uses a WC, is the stadium accessible?

Yes, the stadium is fully WC accessible. We ask you kindly to inform us prior to the event so that we’re aware so that we can ensure the necessary WC areas are open.

Where will be spectators be sat for the match?

Spectators will typically be sat in the East Stand Lower, however this may change dependent on weather.
