Nestled right behind the home and away dugouts, the Dugout seats offer not only an exceptional vantage point of the pitch, but the detailed experience of being close to the teams and their tactics. After immersing yourself in the lively sports bar atmosphere, prepare to sink into your padded seat and feel all of the emotions from right behind the dugout. This is a truly unique football experience.

With it’s unique sports bar design and comfortable lighting, The Dugout lounge offers a really well thought out matchday experience. From two feature bars to grab a drink, booth seating, numerous TV’s and it’s own stylish decor and style, this lounge really stands out compared to your typical matchday hospitality or lounge access.

Where am I sitting?

Members with seating in The Dugout lounge will be sat in W1E, accessible through the West Reception.

My first season in ‘The Dugout’ lounge has been magical. The whole experience from start to finish is truly enjoyable. The staff are friendly, the bar is cosy, the food is tasty, the buffet style means there is minimal waiting time too. Half time drink ready for you at the bar is brilliant and the cheese and biscuits after the game is a lovely touch, allowing you to chat about the match in comfort whilst waiting for the crowds to disperse and make the journey home more relaxed. All in all, I have been thrilled to have such a wonderful experience and although I would be excited to watch Brighton & Hove Albion in any seat, ‘The Dugout’ makes it super special. I look forward to the many years to come!

With all other areas across the stadium of the 1901 Club sold out until 2031, this is your only opportunity to become a 1901 member. But you will not be disappointed. The 1901 Pub offers an unmatched matchday experience like never before.

Picture yourself in a free home shirt given to you at the start of every season, standing in a brand-new pub environment as if it were plucked from your favourite corners of Brighton, indulging in your free food item and half‑time drink while a resident DJ subtly controls the music in the background. And for the cherry on top: if the Albion win, so do you, with a free drink to help you celebrate those three points.

With a 1901 Club membership, you will need a seat Licence. This is a per‑seat single upfront payment made when you join, and you can choose to renew it every five years or opt for a one‑time lifetime Licence that remains valid for fifty years.
