Governance Framework

The Board acts in accordance with the Club’s Articles of Association, the Companies Act 2006, the Football Governance Act 2025 all applicable football regulatory requirements (including the rules, regulations, codes and guidance issued from time to time by FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, The FA and the EFL) licensing conditions and with the rules, regulations and codes issued by the Independent Football Regulator from time to time.
