Captain Maisie Symonds was delighted with Albion's form in front of goal against Leicester City at the Amex after Sunday's emphatic 4-1 win.
Goals from Madison Haley, Maelys Mpome, Marisa Olislagers and Kiko Seike saw Dario Vidosic's side head into the international break with three points and Symonds was pleased to see her teammates fire in front of goal.
The captain said, “The goals were excellent. I was so glad when we turned it around in the first half and we got that goal. It was a great finish from Madi (Madison Haley) and that really just calmed us down. I thought we played really good football, especially that second part of the first half.
"We made it harder than maybe we needed to when it got to 2-1. I thought it was just our luck to dominate the game and then not get all three points or to put it all on the line like that from a silly mistake, but we fought back and we were really composed in front of goal today.
Symonds also highlighted the importance of experience and leadership within the squad, particularly in key moments of big games.
She said, "There's so many leaders in the team and we have that experience in other players to help us push on.
"We knew we just had to get through those moments where we weren't in complete control. We knew we were the better team, and we were going to come through eventually."
