Dario Vidosic felt his side gave Manchester United 'a little too much respect' in their 3-2 defeat to the Red Devils.
āWe had opportunities, but I donāt think we played well in that first half, we gave them a little too much respect," the Australian said. "It was not a good half from us, we still created chances, but we need to be more clinical.
āA positive is that we still created a lot against a very good team who have not conceded much this season. There are positives to take even though we walk away with no points.
"We felt we were in the game, conceding that third goal made it difficult. We had an opportunity towards the end but there were tired legs as we have a very thin squad. The players tried to give everything but unfortunately it was not enough.
āThere was frustration at half-time because we know we can be better but we got better. We played more in their half when we came back out, but we do not have enough players at the moment. We had to be creative, moving players around but this is current state of us."
