We’re delighted to announce that The Terrace has been named ‘Leisure and Hospitality Project of the Year’ at the 2025 AV Awards.

The Terrace, which opened in April 2025, is the largest fan zone in the Premier League, a landmark achievement that transforms how supporters engage with the club on matchdays and beyond,

With an indoor capacity of 1,000 guests expanding to 3,000 including outdoor space, the venue is a fully immersive, digitally responsive space that has set a new benchmark for hospitality venues in professional sport.

The AV Awards are independently judged by over 30 senior representatives from end-user organisations, consultants and key industry players. Winners were announced across 28 categories and The Terrace stood out among a record-breaking number of entries to claim one of the industry's most coveted accolades.

Chief Commercial Officer Russell Wood said: ‘We’re delighted that his award recognises the impact The Terrace has made since it opened in April. The Terrace is the best fan experience space in the Premier League, and we are really proud of it.”
