First Half begins.

Fabian Hurzeler has kept his team exactly as it was for the win against Arsenal, for today at Sunderland. Lewis Dunk is back in the squad, as he is named amongst the substitutes, having missed the 3-0 defeat of the Gunners with a small injury.

Lineups are announced and players are warming up.

Dan Ballard, Brian Brobbey and Habib Diarra were the main players discussed by Sunderland boss Regis Le Bris ahead of today's game. Ballard and Brobbey picked up hamstring injuries while on international duty, which has ruled the former out of this weekend's fixture. Brobbey on the other hand appears to have faired slightly better, with Le Bris expecting it to only be a 'short-term' problem. The Black Cats manager ruled out Diarra for this game. Defender Reinildo has returned from suspension and is available.

Speaking in his press conference on Friday, Fabian Hurzeler said, "Lewis Dunk will be back, Jack Hinshelwood trained this week. But we have to see if it makes sense to include him in the squad this weekend, because the next weeks will be busy with games, so it's about managing the players. But overall, these two players are available. "Yankuba Minteh, Mats Wieffer and Kaoru Mitoma are getting closer, they're not fit yet. Hopefully we see them back in the squad soon. "Stefanos Tzimas is doing well, but it's still too early. Evan Ferguson is similar - we have to wait some more weeks. "Yasin Ayari is available."
