Tim Tapscott was appointed women's under-19 assistant head coach in September 2024. He holds a UEFA B licence, having previously spent 14 years coaching with the Albion Foundation, before having a four-year spell with the girls’ academy.
He spent a season with the men's academy, before becoming Danielle Bowman's assistant.

Josh joined Albion in January 2022 as the girls’ lead academy goalkeeping coach and holds a Goalkeeping A Licence.

He previously worked at Sheffield United Women and their men's academy, as well as Newport County's men's academy.
