Our women's under-19s are in action again on Sunday when they face Saltdean United in the quarter-final of the Sussex Challenge Cup.
Albion will be looking to continue their five-game winning streak, having most recently beaten Arsenal 2-1 to reach the PGA Cup final on Wednesday.
Assistant head coach Tim Tapscott said, âIt was great to reach the PGA Cup final. The team fully deserved that result and can now look forward to the final.
âWe have a quick turnaround for another exciting cup game which will definitely pose its challenges. There have been some tired legs in training but hopefully smiles on faces.
âIt is a cup competition in which we want to do well in. Saltdean United are senior opposition, they have played the game longer and probably been in academies from a younger age as well.
âPlaying senior teams has its challenges, both tactically and physically but our girls have had the opportunity to train with the first team this season.

âThey are used to intense sessions and have seen the quality of those talented players. This is a huge positive that they can bring into this fixture.
âLast season, we reached the final but unfortunately lost in a penalty shoot-out against Lewes. It would be great to go one better this time and hopefully lift some silverware.â
