Girls' academy manager Perry Northeast will depart the club on 1 July to become head coach of Norwich City Women.
Perry initially joined the club in 2019 as girls’ academy technical manager, before he went on to have a spell with the women's first team alongside Amy Merricks and Melissa Phillips.
He returned to the academy setup in 2024 as academy manager, where he has been instrumental in shaping the club's youth development strategy.
Women's and girls’ Managing Director Zoe Johnson said, "We’d like to thank Perry for everything he has contributed to the club and the girls’ academy over the past seven years.
“During his tenure at Brighton, he significantly impacted the development of our academy programme. He has been a fantastic presence both on and off the pitch, and we wish him every success in his next chapter."
