Arturo Ruiz saw plenty of performances in his teamâs performance despite Sundayâs 3-2 loss at WSL leaders Manchester City.
Trailing 3-0 after 18 minutes to unbeaten City, goals from Olivia Garcia and Caitlin Hayes got Albion back in the game but they couldnât find a second-half performance.Â
The head coach said: âThere were two positive things. The resilience and the incredible game that we did from 3-0 until the end and keeping it alive to try and get a result. And our fans were really loud and they were very important today.
"Losing 3-2 is a negative thing of course, but I will see it also as a positive when we learn and build from those first 18 minutes.
"They were not what we expected and what we wanted at all. But we need to have the balance to see everything.
âObviously we always want to perform better, to do things better, and feel very comfortable with and without the ball. That's what we are working for. We will get it. We just need some more time to understand everything better and all together we will get it."
