Our women’s under-19s produced another dominant performance on the road on Wednesday when they won 3-1 win against Tottenham Hotspur in the PGA League.
Patience Fergus opened the scoring in the first half before further goals by Evie Milner and Daisy-Mae Ball in the dying minutes of the game.
Head coach Danielle Bowman said, "I'm really pleased with the performance, it was a good reaction after a tough game on Sunday against Fulham.
"Our squad depth is very good. It was our third in a week so being able to rotate the squad and maintain that level of performance is testament to the girls and shows our physical programme is developing robust players.
"Patience (Fergus) is in a rich vein of form which is great for her. She’s enjoying her football, but we have many different goal scorers on the team and every player is playing their part.
"This group have a hunger to win and are pushing each other every day. Some of the girls have recently trained and played with the first team and are striving to be even better.
"Our next game is against Crystal Palace which is always tough. They have recruited new players and look well organised. But we have a week to prepare which gives us a chance to work on areas that need developing."
