Substitute Nadine Noordam scored a stunning stoppage-time winner as Albion came from 2-0 down to beat Liverpool and reach the Women’s FA Cup final for the first time in the club’s history.
Noordam pounced from ten yards out to fire a right-foot thunderbolt into the roof of the net after Liverpool failed to clear skipper Maisie Symonds’ free-kick.

It rounded off a brilliant fightback by Albion who trailed 2-0 after 22 minutes to goals from former Albion player Denise O’Sullivan and Beata Olsson.

But Manuela Vanegas got one back before Albion took control in the second half. Madison Haley equalised with a close-range header and Fran Kirby hit the post.
It looked like extra time but then a quality ball in from Symonds and a quality finish from Noordam - who had only been on the pitch for a few moments - sent Albion to Wembley on May 31, where they will face either Chelsea or Manchester City.
A frenetic start saw both teams create chances in the opening ten minutes.

Albion went close when Charlie Rule found Kirby making an unchallenged run into the box. She lifted the ball over keeper Jennifer Falk but a defender got back to clear.
Liverpool hit back and O’Sullivan guided a free header wide but made no mistake on 12 minutes.
Ceri Holland had too much time and space to measure her cross from the left and O’Sullivan was unchallenged again and this time arced her header past Chiamaka Nnadozie.
Although Symonds nearly equalised when she chased down Falk’s clearance Liverpool were in control and doubled their lead on 22 minutes. Albion failed to clear when Holland again provided the cross and the ball dropped to Olsson who lashed it past Nnadozie.

It was shaping up to be a difficult afternoon for Albion but within two minutes they pulled one back. Marisa Olislagers’ corner from the right dropped to Vanegas who found the roof of the net from close range. The comeback was on.
The goal revitalised Albion, yet Liverpool remained dangerous. Alejandra Bernabe struck the woodwork in the 40th minute, seeing her effort clip the post before rebounding off the bar. The visitors countered just before the interval, but Jennifer Falk denied Kiko Seike with a vital save using her trailing leg.
Dario Vidosic’s half-time instructions sparked an immediate improvement. Four minutes after the restart, Symonds showed great vision to pick out Kirby, whose clever touch from inside the six-yard box struck the post.

Parity was restored on 54 minutes. Seike showed her pace to beat her defender and delivered a pinpoint cross to the back post, where Haley was waiting to head the ball into the net.
Seike was now a constant threat, and Falk made a fine save to push away her shot from a tight angle for a corner which Caitin Hayes met cleanly but headed wide.
Albion were now on top and Vanegas was next to threaten with a powerful effort which took a deflection and onto the roof of the net.

Liverpool had offered little in the second half but Nnadozie denied Aurelie Csillag with a fine save when the substitute got through on goal with seven minutes to go.
Extra time looked certain and the game was deep into five added minutes when Haley was fouled on the left. Symonds curled the free-kick into the six-yard box, Liverpool only partially cleared and Noordam pounced, lashing a right-foot shot into the top corner. What a way to win a semi-final - what a goal to get to Wembley!
