Albion take on London City Lionesses at the Broadfield Stadium today, looking to make it back-to-back wins in the WSL.
We will be observing a minute's applause before the 11.55am kick-off after the passing of former womenâs and girlsâ head of coaching Rado Vidosic.
Interim head coach Chris Roberts said, âIt has been a really challenging and sad week for everyone at the football club and around the world. Rado was one of the most incredible men that I have ever met. He lifted people, made them smile and had the most amazing football brain.
âHis legacy across the football world will last for a long time. We send our love and thoughts to the Vidosic family and everyone who knew Rado."

âYou can see from both games that [head coach] Eder Maestre has been in charge that they are very well organised, and he has a clear way that he wants them to play.
âWe have a good idea of what to expect, the team are prepared and know it is going be a tough game. London City's most recent fixture against Manchester City showed that they are going to offer a real challenge."
... and Kiko Seike's news contract
âIt is fantastic news. Kiko is great to have around, a fantastic human being. She brings so much to the team, from her attacking threat during games but also her hard work off the ball which can go unnoticed.
âIt is huge for the club; we are delighted that she has signed again and will be with us for longer.â

Stats and facts
This will be London City Lionessesâ first trip to face Brighton and Hove Albion in any competition since November 2021, when they won 1-0 in a League Cup group stage match.
Albion are unbeaten in each of their last five WSL games against newly promoted opposition (W4 D1), since a 2-1 loss to Liverpool in April 2023.
Since the end of the November/December international break, London City Lionesses have won the fewest points (1 â P4 D1 L3), scored the fewest goals (1) and are the only winless team in the WSL.
Three of Albionâs five WSL victories this season have been won 1-0, including the reverse fixture against London City Lionesses. It is already their joint-most 1-0 victories in a single top-flight campaign and since their first in 2018-19, only Chelsa (21) and Tottenham Hotspur (18) have won more matches by that scoreline than the Seagulls (16).
Only West Ham United (30) and Everton (25) have conceded more goals in the WSL this season than London City Lionesses (23), while away from home, the Lionesses have faced the most shots on target (40) and have the second worst Expected Goals Against figure (13.3, West Ham 15.9).
Kiko Seike has been directly involved in the most goals for Albion in the WSL so far this season (6 â 4 goals, 2 assists), and since the start of last season overall in the top-flight she is one of only five players with 10+ goals and more than five assists (10 goals, 6 assists) alongside Elisabeth Terland (14G 7A), Mariona Caldentey (11G 7A), Nikita Parris (10G 6A) and Viviane Asseyi (10G 9A).
London City Lionesses are one of three teams yet to win a single point from a losing position in the WSL this season (also Chelsea and West Ham), losing all seven games they have fallen behind in. Last time out against Manchester City was the first time they had even equalised after falling behind, ultimately losing late in the game.
