Poppy Pattinson believes Albion will be prepared for any challenge they face in the second half of the season.
Dario Vidosic has guided his team into fifth place in the WSL and they can also look forward to a Subway League Cup quarter-final against Arsenal next month as well.
And Pattinson, who made her 100th WSL appearance in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur, says there is more to come when the season resumes after the winter break.
Poppy Pattinson joined Albion in 2022. đˇ by Kyle Hemsley.
âWeâre thriving right now,â she said. âThis is my third season, and you could probably say the first two were up and down, but I definitely think we've we found our feet this season. Dario has come in and the staff alongside him are very connected. There's a clear plan and it has worked well. It's a good environment to be in and I think thatâs shown in our performances on the pitch.â
Pattinson has been in great form this season and has missed only one of Albionâs 13 games in all competitions. She is very proud to have clocked up 100 WSL appearances at the age of 24. She made her 50th appearance for Albion on the opening day of the season in the 4-0 win over Everton.
âThe games just roll into one for me; you focus game to game trying to put in good performances. But to reach 100 is very special and hopefully there are many more to come.
âIt's a team game and that's what counts - how the 11 players on the pitch have performed. But going into every game I want to beat my opponent in the one-v-one battles and I'm happy with how I'm playing right now. But I never want to settle, I want to keep getting better â add to the assists and being a key player in the team.â
