Tyler Silsby's double and goals from Aidan West and Henry Kasvosve saw Albion sail into the semi-finals of the Sussex Senior Cup as they beat Bognor Regis 4-1 on Tuesday.
The Rocks – managed by Jamie Howell, dad to Albion’s Harry – were left to rue a host of missed first half chances as they went in at the break three goals down after West opened the scoring and Silsby netted a brace.
Kash Kasukumya inexcusably headed wide for hosts from six yards out after just five minutes, before Preston Woolston passed wide from the centre of the area with the goal at his mercy.
That was immediately punished by Bjorn Hamberg’s side when Bognor keeper Dan Lincoln palmed Billy-Ray Cullinane’s close range shot back into the six-yard box, where West was lurking to smash in after 11 minutes.

The visitors struck again five minutes later when Silsby received the ball just inside the opposition half and after spotting Lincoln off his line, lobbed the stopper with a sumptuous drive.
The Rocks weren’t deterred as Kasukumya skied a strike from a nice Preston pull-back before Joe Alman sent his header into the car park after meeting a cross to the back post.
But their response was in vain after Henry Kasvosve danced into the box and was tripped by Lee Seok-jae. Silsby took the resulting spot-kick, pausing in his run up before confidently dispatching to extend his team’s lead just before the break.

Brandon Chebby got Bognor back in the affair with a blockbuster moments after half-time, cutting onto his left on the edge of the box and curling the ball over Sebastian Jensen and into the top left corner, but that was his last action as he went off holding his hamstring two minutes later.
The feeling around the ground was Chebby's goal would ignite a fightback, but those feelings were misplaced as Howell's men pushed and probed but never meaningfully tested Jensen between the sticks.
The only thing missing from the night was a third for Silsby, but after intercepting sub goalkeeper Alfie Barnes' pass and taking the ball around the stopper, he side-footed the ball against the base of the post.

Kasvosve would also hit the woodwork with a low drive before bending in a terrific strike into the top right corner from distance to put the game to bed in stoppage time.
