We are pleased to announce an update to our season ticket sharing policy for the 2026/27 season, following extensive discussions with the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) and feedback from season-ticket holders.
Over recent months, many fans have told us that increased flexibility around sharing would help them make even better use of their season tickets, and ensure a packed Amex on matchdays.
From the start of the 2026/27 campaign, season ticket holders will be able to share their seat with MyAlbion+ members free of any additional charges. For the first time, sharing will also be permitted to non‑members, with the only cost being the uplift to the standard match‑ticket price. As before this will require Season Ticket Holders to assign their shared ticket to the new attendee using the online system, and all attendees must be registered with a fan number.
We appreciate that these changes will provide even greater value to our most loyal supporters — and supports our aim of boosting the matchday atmosphere by ensuring as many Albion fans as possible can be at the Amex.
Head of supporter services Jenny Gower said, “Supporter feedback has been clear. Our season ticket holders would like additional flexibility to avoid the possibility of seats going unused on the few occasions work or family commitments mean tickets can’t be used.
“Working with the FAB, we’ve taken the proposal to the club’s board and they have agreed to allow more flexible sharing, which benefits season ticket holders and helps strengthen the matchday experience for everyone.”
The club will be writing directly to season ticket holders, to confirm the details ahead of the 9 March renewal deadline.
We thank all supporters who shared their views and the FAB for guiding the discussion. Your feedback does not go unnoticed, and continues to help shape how we improve the experience for all fans.
