Pascal Gross has won the Premier League’s player of the month award for September.
He is the first Albion player to win the honour.
The midfielder’s unmatched two goals and three assists placed him at the heart of Albion’s rise to third in the table.
Gross had one of the best months of his career as Brighton conceded only once in the league, hammering Coventry City 5-0 and stunning champions Arsenal with a 3-0 win at the club’s 125 Anniversary match at the Amex.
Pascal was also influential in the victory against Mikel Arteta's Arsenal side with a goal and assist and he now has four goals in all competitions this season.
