Kaoru Mitoma has picked up a Premier League Goal of the Month award in three consecutive seasons. 📸 by James Boardman.
Kaoru Mitoma's wonderful volley in our 2-2 draw with Tottenham has won the Goal of the Month for April award.
The Japan international met Pascal Gross's cross from the right perfectly, lashing home on the volley to make it 1-1 in north London, with the game eventually finishing 2-2 after Georginio Rutter equalised late on.
Mitoma, 28, last won the award in February 2025, with a terrific touch and finish against Chelsea.
He has scored 27 goals and created 21 assists in 134 appearances for Brighton.
