James Beadle and Jack Hinshelwood helped England under-21s win the UEFA Under-21s Euros on Saturday night, defeating Germany 3-2 in the final.
Brajan Gruda started for the beaten Germans, with England going 2-0 up thanks to goals from Harvey Elliott and Omari Hutchinson, before being pegged back to 2-2.
90 minutes couldn’t separate the teams, but an early goal in extra-time from Jonathan Rowe restored England’s lead – one they would see out to win the tournament for the second time in a row.

Speaking after the game on Channel 4, England Under-21s boss Lee Carsley said, "I'm so proud, not of myself but of the players and the commitment that they have shown for the last 28 days.
“All the instruction we have tried to give to them they have taken on board so quickly. They have so much belief, this squad believe that they can win and that is the kind of players we need.
"To be European champions for a second time is a great achievement and I suppose the challenge now is to do it again in two years."
