Fabian Hurzeler said he has 'mixed feelings' after his side drew 0-0 with Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Both teams had good opportunities to open the scoring, with Yankuba Minteh and Diego Gomez going closest for Albion.
"We have another clean sheet, we would love to have won this game, but sometimes you have to accept a draw," the head coach explained. "We have mixed feelings. On the one side, we performed well and on the other, we would like to have won.
"We were good in and out of possession, we defended set-pieces quite well. There are always things we can improve.
"We have to accept a point, we deserved it and maybe we deserved more. We have to keep on doing the small things to get a win out of these sorts of games."
With Palace playing in the Europa Conference League on Thursday night, Fabian Hurzeler was asked in his post match press conference if he felt his side should have capitalised on the hosts' busy week.
"I don't think you can be tired in a derby. I wouldn't say that it's a missed opportunity because of that.
"It's more of a missed opportunity because we were the better team. You could also see it from a different perspective, that there are a lot of positive things to take away."
