As part of One Goal and our commitment to UNICEF UK's children’s rights, we’ll be establishing a Junior Fan Advisory Board (JFAB) in 2026, highlighting Right 12: Respect for children’s views.
The formation of this new Junior Fan Advisory Board will allow us to:
  • Amplify junior voices – Giving young fans and young players around the club and foundation a platform to express their opinions and help shape the future of the club.
  • Improve our services and offerings – Working on a You Said, We Did basis, we’ll be able to work with our young people to create experiences that are better suited to them.
  • Have a junior voice at club board level – Feedback from the JFAB will be presented at board level, as part of our One Goal action plan.
This will be an amazing opportunity for junior fans, players and participants to develop themselves both personally and professionally, while being closer to the club than ever before.
If you know a keen junior Albion fan, keep your eyes peeled before the end of the year for more details and the opening of our application process, as we search for 11 fans between the ages of 12-15 to be part of our first-ever Junior Fan Advisory board.
After the 2026/27 season, the JFAB will refresh each season, so that as many young Albion fans as possible have the chance to be part of this fantastic experience.
