Dario Vidosic’s side take on the reigning Spanish League champions and Champions League holders for the Joan Gamper Trophy on Friday 21 August at the Johan Cruyff Stadium in Barcelona, kick off 8pm local time.

The match is open to the public and ticket information will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Vidosic said, “We’re really looking forward to taking on one of the best teams in the world and testing ourselves against an elite squad.

“It will be really good preparation for the start of the WSL season and I’m sure some of our supporters will travel to get behind the players on the day.”

First staged in 2021, this marks the fifth edition of the Women’s Joan Gamper Trophy, which has quickly established itself as a key fixture in FC Barcelona’s pre-season schedule.

The match will serve as crucial preparation for Albion ahead of the upcoming Women's Super League campaign, which starts against Arsenal on 6 September.
