Head coach Hope Powell called for a big improvement from her players after they lost their fifth game out of the last six in the Barclays FA Women's Super League on Saturday.
Albion were beaten 3-0 by bottom club Bristol City and Kayleigh Green faces a suspension after she was shown a straight red card in the second half.
It doesn't get any easier for Albion who visit unbeaten Chelsea next Sunday.
Powell said, "The first goal coming so early put us on the back foot but it just wasn't good enough today.
"Credit to Bristol, they created some good chances, scored three goals and were full of running but we have to pick things up and the players know that, it was not good enough by our standards.
"It feels like we have hit a bit of a brick wall at the moment. We're obviously missing some key players which hasn't helped but we need to re-evaluate. We are going to have to do better if we want to stay in this league."
Powell had no complaints about Green's red card. "No arguments, it was totally unacceptable. She is disgusted with herself but she will now be banned for a period of games."
