Matchday Ticketing

MOBILE MATCH TICKETS

Please download your ticket to your digital wallet before leaving to attend the game to ensure smooth entry at the stadium.

Albion fans can now use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to store matchday tickets, making access to the Amex even more convenient. When purchasing your tickets, simply select the ‘Mobile Ticket’ option on the basket page to receive your ticket digitally.

For all information regarding mobile ticketing, including step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting, please see our FAQs here.

Season ticket holders:

You only need to download your season ticket once per season. After each game, the pass will automatically update to display the next fixture. Please do not delete the pass from your digital wallet, as it will continue to update throughout the season.

TICKET UPGRADES

You can upgrade a concession (U10, U18, U21 or 65+) ticket for any home league match by paying the difference between the season ticket and match ticket price.

Once upgraded, the ticket can be sent to a friend or family member attending the game. Please note, the ticket will remain in the name of the season ticket holder, who is responsible for the conduct of the guest using it.

Upgrades can only be made to a higher price band and must be completed while logged into the account of the season ticket holder. See more information here

TICKET SHARING

From the 2026/27 season, season ticket holders will benefit from increased flexibility. Tickets can be shared with MyAlbion+ members free of charge, and for the first time can also be shared with non-members, subject to the applicable match ticket price uplift.
Sharing applies to home league fixtures only and must be completed via the online system, with all attendees registered and holding a fan number.

For step-by-step instructions, see our season ticket sharing guide here. You can also click here to purchase a MyAlbion+ membership.

TICKET TOUTING

We'd like to remind fans that tickets are only available to buy through the club's official website. If you've brought a ticket from an external site, this can result in refusal of entry or ejection on matchday.

Please reach out to us using this form if you're worried you've been a victim of touting.

For more information on ticket touting, please see here.

TICKET EXCHANGE

You can list your season ticket on the Ticket Exchange if you’re unable to attend a match. Once the fixture has sold out, your seat will be made available for other supporters to purchase (at adult pricing). If your ticket sells, you’ll receive a refund based on 1/19th of your season ticket price, minus a £1 administration fee.

To list your seat, make sure you are signed in to the correct MyAlbion Digital account. Once listed, you can manage or remove your ticket from the exchange up until it sells. The Ticket Exchange is the only official platform for resale, and unauthorised selling of tickets is strictly prohibited.

For step-by-step guidance on how to list your ticket, please see our Ticket Exchange guide here.

ID CHECKS

Please be aware that when entering the stadium, you may be subject to an ad-hoc ID check to ensure that the ticket belongs to yourself.

We recommend bringing your ID to matches to ensure that you have no problems at the turnstiles.

DISABLED AND ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS

Free personal assistant tickets can be purchased for anyone who requires additional assistance to attend a match. Disabled supporters must provide supporting documents to Supporter Service in advance of a matchday, including Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance, Severe Disablement Allowance, War Disabled Pension, Certificate of Visual Impairment or Disability Living Allowance Middle to High Rate.  For anyone who cannot provide one of the above can be supplied with a form for your doctor to complete.

Disabled supporters will be charged the ticket price equivalent to the pricing structure for the area of the ground they wish to purchase a ticket within.

In March 2017 we launched our online ticketing system for disabled supporters, which provides by far the easiest method of booking a ticket. View our guide here on how disabled supporters can create an account and subsequently book their ticket and personal assistant ticket to both home and away matches.

The ticket office, twinned with the club shop, is located in the North Stand at the Amex stadium and has level access. Doors to the club shop are large and accessible and staff are always on hand to assist visitors.
