Albion do nearly everything right there as Pascal Gross swings in a perfectly weighted cross for Welbeck to meet in the middle, the striker sends it towards goal but Leno gets fingertips on it to tip it over for a corner!

Kaoru Mitoma plays in Welbeck and the striker squeezes the ball into the bottom right corner for an immediate response! But VAR intervene and Danny Welbeck is a matter of inches offside.

Equaliser for Fulham. A long ball down-field is brought under control by Chukwueze and he rolls it into the bottom left corner.

Sander Berge goes into the book as Welbeck dances away from him and then as retribution brings the Albion striker down.

Mitoma is in a great position to find Welbeck in the middle of the Fulham box but gets his cross all wrong. Gomez slides in to keep the ball in on the other side of the pitch and finds Kadioglu. His cross is nodded back across the face of goal by Mitoma and Welbeck flicks it wide on the stretch from eight yards!

Gross' corner is cleared back to the German, who crosses to the back stick for Dunk, he heads down and it hits the back of Gomez and goes behind for a goal-kick! Watching the replay, it looks as if it's going wide anyway.

Gomez has the ball taken away from him in the Fulham box and in trying to deny a corner, Leno keeps it in play for Pascal Gross. The German has possession on the far right of the box and crosses looking for a teammate with Leno miles out of his goal, but nobody is there to meet it!

That's a glorious opportunity for a second as Mitoma brings down Dunk's pass down field. He takes a touch and shoots from the left of the box, Leno keeps it out, Kadioglu nods it back towards goal on the follow up, but it's cleared off the line! Castagne doesn't look all that confident when Mitoma has the ball.

It's only easy for the Albion keeper as it takes a deflection off Dunk on the way through and it bobbles towards Verbruggen.

Jimenez gets away from Dunk in the box and has a fierce effort from an acute angle batted away by Verbruggen. The Mexico international will no doubt feel like he should have scored.

Wilson crosses in from a Fulham corner and Cuenca rises to meet it, nodding over from 12 yards. If he'd kept that down we might have had a couple of problems. As it happens, he didn't. Wilson smashes over from a little over 25 yards.

Wilson blocks a Verbruggen clearance before the ball is crossed into the Albion box, but Kadioglu is alive to the situation and boots it into the Riverside Stand. You'd say Fulham have looked the more dangerous in these opening 15 minutes.

The Fulham player roulettes Pascal Gross on the edge of the Albion box and after that he has to shoot, but he gets under it a bit and it's well over Bart Verbruggen's goal. Lovely skill, poor finish.
