Ticketing

ID Checks

Please be aware that when entering the stadium, you may be subject to an ad-hoc ID check to ensure that the ticket belongs to yourself.

We recommend bringing your ID to matches to ensure that you have no problems at the turnstiles.

Ticket Touting

We'd like to remind fans that tickets are only available to buy through the club's official website. If you've bought a ticket from an external site, this can result in refusal of entry or ejection on matchday.

Please reach out to us using this form if you're worried you've been a victim of touting.

For more information on ticket touting, please see here.

New Turnstiles

 Safety & Security

Away Fans in Home Areas

To ensure the safety and security of all supporters in the ground, any away fans found to be in the home end will be immediately removed from this area.

Body-Worn Cameras

We’ve added more body-worn cameras for our safety, stewarding, and safeguarding teams around the stadium on matchdays. These cameras have been effective in reducing anti-social behavior and increasing the safety of both our staff and fans.

Safeguarding

The club takes the Safeguarding of ally fans attending the Amex seriously and encourages any concerns or worries about young people or adults at risk to be reported to the nearest steward where our macthday team can respond appropriately.

 Stadium Experience

PA System

Thanks to your feedback over the past few seasons, we're excited to announce that a brand-new sound system is now in place at the stadium! We’ve upgraded the old PA system to a state-of-the-art entertainment setup that delivers concert-quality sound for music and announcements. Enjoy the enhanced experience!

Pre-Match Light Shows

This season, some fixtures might feature light shows before kick-off or after the final whistle. If you have concerns about flashing lights, you might prefer to stay in the concourse during these times.

Don’t worry—we’ll let you know in advance if a light show is planned, so keep an eye on our pre-match emails!

Whether you're a long-time visitor to the Amex or it's your first time here, finding the best entrance nearest to your seat or lounge can make your stadium experience smoother.

We’ve updated our entrance system to make it easier for you to navigate. Instead of the old North, East, South, or West labels, entrances are now numbered. This new system helps you find your way around more logically.

Your tickets and season tickets will now show the best numbered entrance for you to use. This change aims to reduce queues at some turnstiles and help you quickly find the nearest entrance to your seat without needing to know the stadium layout.
