The hiring panel will review every application that has been submitted. They will take time to carefully consider every submission to ensure a fair process.
Interview processes may vary depending on the role. For example, if you are being interviewed to be a coach, you can expect an on-pitch practical interview and a formal sit-down interview. Some roles may involve one interview round, whilst others may require more. The Talent team will outline the specific process in your interview invite.
For all core roles, you’ll be scheduled for a call with the Talent team to discuss the position and life at BHAFC. This informal conversation is designed to help you feel prepared and confident ahead of your interview. We recommend reading through all supporting documents that the Talent team will share with you alongside doing a little homework on the club.
The Talent team will undergo your pre-employment checks, which includes 3 years of employment history (we will reference any gaps of employment / education and travel history), a DBS check (if applicable to role), Right to Work check and qualification check (if applicable to role). To ensure a safe and compliant recruitment process, we won’t confirm your start date until all pre-employment checks have been successfully completed.
A member of the Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to confirm a start date with you and confirm your first day details.
