Interim head coach Mikey Harris said, “Playing at Amex is huge and training there earlier this week hopefully gives us a competitive advantage. We’re used to the surroundings and hopefully we’ll have a big crowd in to watch.
“I think it’s important for the club and women’s game in general that more and more games are being played at main stadiums, it helps accelerate the growth of the women’s game.
“We hope the players will enjoy performing our style of play at the Amex. Everton are a footballing team as well and it should make for an excellent advert for women’s football.”

Player to watch
Italian international Martina Piemonte joined Everton last summer and has scored two goals and provided an assist in 15 WSL games this season. The 26-year-old striker was considered a child prodigy in Italy, signing her first pro contract at the age of just 14.
She has played for several Italian clubs including Fiorentina, AS Roma and AC Milan as well as spells in Spain with Seville and Real Betis. She finished last season with 14 goals for Milan from just 24 appearances. A member of the squad which took part at Euro 2022, She won her first Italy cap in 2014 and has played more than 20 times for her country.
