Megan arrived at Albion in January 2019 after playing college football in the United States with Florida State Seminoles.
She won a host of team and personal honours during her time with the university, and has represented Ireland from under-15 up to senior level, making her debut in a friendly against USA.
Her first appearance in the Albion squad came in the 3-0 defeat to Manchester City on 27 January 2019 and scored her first goal for the club in a 4-0 win away at West Ham United.
The midfielder has gone onto be a mainstay in the Albion team, firing in a goal of the season contender at the beginning of the 2020/21 campaign against Birmingham City. She signed a contract extension at the end of 2021 until 2023.
