Following a successful trial with Arsenal Ladies Regional Talent Club (formerly Centre of Excellence), Natkiel joined their U10s team and progressed through the age groups.
 
Progressing into senior football, Natkiel had a spell at Watford where she formed part of the squad to finish as runners-up in The FA Women’s Premier League in 2012/13.
 
Natkiel was still at Watford during their first two seasons in The FA Women’s Super League (WSL), where she finished as their joint top goalscorer. In addition to this, Natkiel was also awarded goal of the season award two years in a row at The FA Women’s Player Awards.
 
In 2015, Natkiel joined the Albion and went on to be part of the squad to win The FA Women’s Premier League, gaining promotion to The FA Women’s Super League.

She has been a regular in the side ever since, and made 18 appearances across all competitions in 2018/19.
