Danique Kerkdijk
Danique Kerkdijk has established herself in Albion's defence since joining from Bristol City in 2019.
At the start of her career in Holland, Kerkdijk was part of the FC Twente team that secured three titles including one Eredevisie, a BeNe League title and the 2014/15 KNVB Cup.
She made 88 appearances for Twente, scoring five times and has played for her country more than 20 times.Â
Kerkdijk was part of the Netherlands squad that reached the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup final in France, finishing runners-up as they were beaten 2-0 by the United States.
The 25-year-old signed a new one-year deal to keep her at the club for the 2021/22 campaign, having made 23 appearances in all competitions during Albion's record-breaking WSL campaign the previous season.
